AIDA Engineering

Not like everyone else

Engineering and technical problem-solving grounded in practical offshore and maritime experience — at the intersection of analysis, field understanding and execution.

Many technical problems look simple on a drawing but behave differently when people, weather, pressure, temperature, process and equipment all act on the system at once. AIDA therefore starts by understanding what is actually happening in operation.

A fan that does not deliver enough air, a room at the wrong pressure, a damper that will not close — these are symptoms. The cause may lie in sizing, control philosophy, pressure loss, instrumentation, air supply, sequence, or the interaction between several systems. We combine site surveys, measurements, document review and calculation to find the causal chain, then develop a solution that can be installed, tested and handed over in a controlled way.

We work with HVAC, ventilation and pressure balance; modifications and capacity assessments; rotating equipment and technical condition; troubleshooting of dampers, actuators and control systems; field follow-up, testing and completion; work packages, tenders, technical documentation and coordination — and the development of new concepts when the standard solution is not enough.

AIDA is not locked to the standard answer when the standard answer does not solve the problem. We challenge assumptions, test the relationships and document why the chosen solution should work.

Experience from engineering assignments reveals problems that recur across installations. That insight feeds the development of PUSH, GreenRig and other AIDA projects. It is a core part of who we are: we do not just deliver hours — we use the experience to build better working methods, digital tools and new products.
