AIDA Personnel

The right skills — available when the customer needs them

Qualified personnel for offshore, maritime and industrial projects, alongside a digital platform built to make the whole staffing process faster and more predictable.

In traditional staffing, a great deal of time goes into email, phone calls, manual CV searches and clarifying rotation, availability and price. AIDA's goal is that a customer can describe the need and receive relevant candidates and an indicative price almost immediately.

Personnel can register directly on AIDA's website and build a structured competence profile: discipline, role and documented experience; CV, courses, certificates and expiry dates; offshore and safety documentation; availability and preferred rotation; geographic area and mobilisation options; plus languages, specialist skills and previous projects. The system makes documentation easier to keep current — reminders can be sent before certificates expire, and candidates can update availability without sending new emails or CVs.

The customer registers the role required, desired skills, start date, project period, rotation, work location and any requirements for courses or experience. AI is used to compare the need against available profiles. Matching is not simply a search for the same job title — it should understand the relationship between experience, documentation, availability, mobilisation and project requirements. A candidate with the right skills who is not available in the period should not be presented as a real option.

One of the most valuable features is an immediate indicative price, calculated from role, agreed rate, rotation, working hours, project period, mobilisation, travel and relevant administrative costs. The price shown digitally is indicative until AIDA has verified the project basis, the documentation and the final commercial terms.

AI is used for matching, structuring and calculation, but does not decide on its own who is mobilised. AIDA verifies qualifications, documentation, references, availability and whether the candidate fits the assignment.
